This is basically what I wore on the
last day of my trip to Scotland. Hard to be stylish when you are all wrapped up
in freezing cold Scotland! Also when you are expected to be moving around a lot,
you just can’t afford to over pack! And often the things that you deem
necessary are less likely to be fashionable or flattering. Good thing that I brought this new leather jacket that I was quite obsessed with at that time. I sorta utilize it as a wind breaker since I haven't got a puffer or a proper winter jacket. I have not yet to come across any worthy ones.
Anyhoos, the trip was great
despite the fact that we did not have much sun the whole time we were there. So
all I can remember about the trip were the beautiful architecture and the
picturesque lochs of Scotland but the dreary weather coated the city (Edinburgh
especially) in this dull, unflattering grey filter. Most of our pictures could
have turned out so much nicer if it wasn’t for the uncooperative weather. I personally find the weather bit too cold for my liking. For the past 19 years I have been living in a country with warm weather all year round, any intense cold like this just sent my body into shock.
Overall,
it was a great trip with great company and also not to mention that I have made
new friends from Australia whose names I can't recall at the moment, except for one, SAM. *wink* ;)
